Our recruitment process consists of various stages. Once you have submitted your application or resume, one of our recruiters will connect with you if your competencies and experience meet the requirements of an open position or match what our clients frequently look for.

Successful candidates can expect to go through the following process:

Reference checks including police clearance.

We are located at Suite 24, 70 East Beaver Creek, Richmond Hill, Ontario. We have clients located within the Greater Toronto Area ranging from Mississauga, Vaughan, North York, and Scarborough.

How do I register with Resolute Workforce Solutions to help me find a job?

Simply search open opportunities on our website and apply for jobs you feel match your credentials. We will then contact you if your skills and experience meet the requirements of an open position or match what our clients typically look for.

If there are no current open opportunities that match my credentials, can I still submit my resume?

Yes – You can go to “Submit Your Resume” to submit your profile. Select your field of interest, fill out the required fields, then upload your resume or use your LinkedIn profile to upload the rest of your profile. Your resume will be stored in our database and considered for future opportunities that match your skill set.

I’ve submitted my resume. What happens next?

A recruiter will contact you if your skills and experience meet the requirements of an open position or match what our clients typically look for.

Do you sponsor Canadian work permits?

No, Resolute Workforce Solutions does not typically sponsor work permits. Please let your recruiter know upfront if you require a Canadian work permit, so that they can determine what options are available.
